His first Olympic game, earned him6 golds at 2004 in Athens. But he was sentenced to 18 months probation for drunk driving in Maryland.
After that stumble, he continued to rise. 5 golds at World championships at 2005, 7 golds at 2007. He became olympic history in beijing by scoring 8 golds, he held 7 world records. He took a bad turn, embarrassed himself with a las vegas strip club picture, and a new pic of him sniffing drug.
