Teachers or nannies.

Pre-school teachers were treated like nannies. They were least respected for their job. They do not only teach toddlers, being a nanny to those toddlers are also their job. They would not mine if they were more respected, but parents do not even thank them for their job. Some parents did not even care if their children came to school soiled, as they know that the pre-school teachers would help them clean it. Their pay is not veri high and they nid to do so many things. Feeding the children with porriage, showering them etc. etc.

Half of the pre-school teachers request for higher pay and most of them say that they would quit this job soon.

Dogs trained to sniff bombs.

Dogs are now being trained to sniff out explosives or dead bodies. A few years ago, a dog sniffed out an infant after the police had been tip off. Most of the dogs species are shepherds from German. Dogs are well trained to help polices to track down criminals, even terrorism. Dogs are placed at checkpoints to sniff out explosives. Dogs have been police best partners. They were rewarded after every discovery. They adopt 1 year old dogs for training, to replace other dogs that cant be as fast as the new ones.

Some police even got up early in the morning to give their dogs some brushing.

Santa killing spree

Criminal acted as a Santa and killed all his relatives, leaving 16 orphans. He planned everything carefully, he had bought an air ticket and planned to leave the country after he had killed his relatives. He had explosives in his santa costume and he did not noe that the explosives melted the santa costume and give him a burning death.

I think that he might have some mental problems that cause him to do such things. It serves him right.

insufficient compensation

Compensation for the tainted milk products are insufficient. Those infants that had been ill were compensated wif 2000 yuan($432). While those that are seriously ill were compensated up to 30000 yuan. Lawyers complained that this amout of compensation were too little.

I feel that this compensation is not going to be enuff as some infants might have died while drinking the formula. How are they going to pay those parents? They cant possibly compensate them a baby. $432 is not even enuff for the childrens hospital fees.

1 dead 10 hospitalised.

1 worker was found dead after skipping meals. The other workers complained that in sufficient food is given to them. They would fail to receive food in 1 out of the 7 days. They had been infected with chickenpox and those that had been hospitalised have rashes all over the body.

MOM said that employers is responsible for his employees welfare. The workers even complained that salaries are sometimes given late. Employers can be charged according to MOM rules.

Nonoi killed.

She was killed by her father, by dumping her into a pail of water. Nonoi did not suffer server injuries. His father got irritated by her crying and started abusing her. She continued to cry and her father threw her into the pail. At the third time, the crying stop. She was dead. Her father was sentenced to hang.

I think that her father should 'sayang' her, not abuse her. He should be calm and steady.

Civil service jobfair

Young crowds have been queueing for the civil service job fair yesterday. It was held at Vivocity. Youngster now are beginning to join civil services job. A lot of companies have been retrenched a lot of employee recently. They wanted to secure at least a working place when they got retrenched. More then 10,000 jobs were offered at the job fair.

i think holding job fairs is good as those who cant find a job can find a job at the job fair

Singapore did additional check in laboratory which cost $2m dollars and clearance of melamine goods which cost about $1.6m. Destructing it cost another $30k. Every money wasted should blame china for raising the proteins of milks, we should claim those money used in clearing and checking from them, as they cause all this problem.

Bullying can take place anywhere, anytime. Cyber bulling had been a great problem. Childrens get bullied online by cyber bullies. they send offensive messages through msn or online messaging softwares. Schools taught the students that they should not cyber bully, or get cyber bullied. If they are cyber bullied, the students should consult the teacher or their parents. Blogging while tlaking bad about people in your blog is also a type of cyber bullying.

I do not cyber bully people nor get cyber bullied by other people. A friend of mine cyber bullied a teacher and was punished.

Food product company Julie is preparing to get back its popularity by gaining back peoples confident for their products. They conducted checks for metals and toxic on their biscuits, and make sure that the biscuits are in good standard. They are very sensitive about their hygiene standards. The workers are forced to wear caps and mask to maintain thier hygiene standards.

I feel that it is good that they are checking their products and trying to gain peoples confident after the melamine outbreak. Their most popular products like butter crackers and peanut butter biscuits were banned and theylost a few million dollars.

without lower jaws

A teen was born without lower jaws and his unable to talk or even chew on food. He needs to insert a tube into his throat and use a typing machine to express wad he was trying to say. He spent almost all his teenage life in hospital. He went for a surgery and the surgeon took a bone from his hips and carved it in a jaw shape. The surgery lasted at least a few days. Now at least he look like a normal person with a lower jaw. He is still unable to talk or chew even after the surgery.

It is really pitiful for him as people might be looking at him and thinking that his a human, without jaw.

A taiwanese tech billionare donated at least $670m to charity. His wife and brother died of cancer, so he pledge to donate billions of dollars to the charity to advance cancer treatment. He decided built a cancer hospital for cancer patients. It was rather generous for him to donate almost all of his property to charity. his ranked third richest among taiwan. He donated the most money to charity in singled person.

I hope he did give me 1 over 100 of his money and i would not be poor.

virtual couple married in real life

Second life, a virtual game world, which u can do the same thing u did on earth. Getting married, building a house, having a cat and lots more. Its something like a game called Sims. The couple started their relationship online and married. That guy, from rome, started liking her. They both wanted to advance thier relationship and that roman guy flew to singapore to meet his virtual wife. they took turns to fly and they end up married in singapore. Their plan in the future is to fly over to rome and develope a family there.

Its a rare thing for virtual to come true in real life.

muscular atrophy

actor chew chor meng was diagnosed with musscular atrophy, a rare disease. only 1 out of 40000 could get this disease. It was passed down through genes and his mother kept blaming herself for passing on bad genes to him. He wanted to wait for next year before telling out about his disease, but he could not hide his secrets anymore. He cant even walk a short distance to the canteen to buy food and people thought he was a anti-social person. He does not only have problems in walking, he also have problem in climbing small steps of stairs. He said that he would wait till his daughter grow up before letting the muscular atrophy to kill him.

Sleeping pills became an addict

A lady suffered from insomnia and started poping pills to get into sleep. It soon became addictive and whenever she suffered from insomnia she would pop a pill and sleep. once, she wake up the next day and found candles lighted up on the floor. I think that the sleeping pills can cause u to sleepwalk thats why she wud lit candles while she was sleeping.

i was told that u could count sheeps to sleep rather then popping sleeping pills as it might become an addiction. Someone told me that if you cant get to sleep by counting sheep then you should count money...

Toxic found in Irish porks product

Ireland sent a warning letter about the toxic found in irish pork product. Those recently slaughtered pigs contain toxic and was banned from eating and importing. They warned us about those harmful pork products to prevent people from suffering from food poisoning.

i wonder why would those pigs get toxicatted, or how did they get toxicatted? Did they eat poisonous food? Its good that Ireland sent that warning letter to prevent taking of innocent lifes.

Being attack by cyber gangs

Cyber gangs, also know as hackers are wellknown in the gaming industry. recently, on august 2008, Maplestory, a game by nexon, was being attack by a group of cyber gang from china. They hacked into the server, and started taking away the virtual belongings to sell in the real world by letting buyers bid. Its iillegal and they were soon caught. Many people were quite unhappy about this and many started leaving that game. Those virtual belongings are unable to retrieve.

A duo, adult and child, installed a keylogger program into their cyber cafe computers. They keylogged into at least 4 accounts, taking most of the virtual belongings away.

Boy killed by polices

Boy killed by polices cause riots in Greece, Athens. The 2 suspected police where suspended from their job and they had been investigating this case. Riots continue to struck Greece second largest city. Its only a boy. What crimes can a boy do? At most is mischieves. There is no need for the polices to kill that boy.

i find this case very ridiculous. The polices are just immature and stupid. These 2 police should just be killed in punishment. Those riots that had been happening should just blame that 2 immature policemen.

16 killed in shootout

Cops and robbers shootout killed 16 people in total. The officer said that when the robbers knew that they were surrounded, the robbers fired at a flamable tank at a nearby warehouse. 4 M16 rifles, 2 grenade launchers and some pistols were found after the shootout. This shootout happened in Manila, a father and son found in their car near the shoot out and three other civilians was killed.

i think that those victims are innocent and they should not be killed in this shootout, those dieing should be those robbers. They are the one that should die in this shootout, as they are villians, evil villians.

Killed in road accident

Man died when reversing car hit the couple, victim was pinned underneath the car. That couple likes to sit on the metal bench everyday, chit-chating. His fiancee was pushed away from the bench while he was pinned underneath the car, dead after a few minutes even though the ambulance had reached. The driver sad that the car was out of controll and it reversed into them. The driver was shocked when he came out of his car, panicking. Witnesses said that his fiancee was injured but conscious while her fiance was pinned under and sreaming in pain.

Everybody might think that sitting at the metal bench by the park might be save and secure but this accident proved that it can be fatal. The park is normally quiet and no one would expect something like that to happen.

Protesters in Bangkok

A sea of yellow and red was found out side O-tao airport in Thailand. This group of protestors are just destorying thier country by protesting. Singaporeans are trapped there because of this. 1 guy came to thailand to buy some accesories for his fashion show next week and was caught up in this jam. The hotel staffs told them that they should leave early or they will miss thier plane. It took them 30 mins to reach the airport by cab but the protestors are already there protesting. Thier planes had gone off too. they slept at the airport like refuges. Everybody jus cannot get into sleep. the protestors all held knifes and poles, pistols and machine gun too. Whats wrong with thier mind. They are pure stupid. The cab they took back to the hotel was like a 5 hour trip, instead of 30 mins.

Dead boy in East Coast Park

A 16 year old teen was found dead in a tent in East coast park. The passer-by who found the body had been thinking of going swimming before he found the body. He quickly called the police and the teen was identified dead. The police classified him as unnatural death and started to invastigate.

The body would hav rotten if the passerby did not went to get a swim. the boy's mother wailed when she saw her boy dead.

Pakistan accused

Munbai accused Pakistan for the attack but the Pakistants said that they should not anyhow accuse others without any prove. I supposed the attack was launched by Pakistanist as all the terrorists are pure Pakistans. Maybe the people of Mumbai did something bad to the muslims and the Pakistans wanted revenge. The terrorist did not kill any muslims. If the Mumbais did not do something to them, they will not do something back.

If the Pakistans anyhow launch a terrorist attack at other countries, i think that thier government should jus step down and go TO HELL. Peace would be a better choice.

Singaporeans first victim

She was shot in the head and adomen. She suffered from fracture of skull and die. A young lawyer that planned to go for a 1 day seminar to Munbai got killed as a hostage. The terrorist at first said that they would not harm woman and terrorist but when they heard the anti terrorism squad are coming, they killed all hostage they can find. More then 300 people were killed.

It was unlucky for her that only a 1 day seminar overseas could lead to death for her.

Mumbai terrorist

Those terrorist are pure Pakistants. They are well trained in marine warfare. They kept thier wepons in the rucksacks. Security officers said that the way they hold thier AK-47 shows that they are all well trained. They arrived by sea, killing 4 fisherman and 2 officers on the way to Mumbai coast. They assaulted everybody they see. There are 2 groups of terrorist. 1 of the group is led by Azam. Azam separted his team of 10 into 5 groups or 2 and headed to thier distination. Azam and his colleage met the anti-terrorism squad and ended up trading bullets. His colleage got shot dead while his was injured in his hand. He quickly act dead and the officers sent them to hospital. One of the officers found him breathing and quickyly sent in to a room for interrogation.
He pleaded the doctors to save him as he did not noe this is a sucide attack. He told the officers everything. Including the plannings.It was well planned.

Killing phone

A phone found on an italian police is capable of holding 4 bullets. Its a gun, diguised as a phone.

The Italians must have spent a lot of time trying to invent a disguised gun. Where can the bullet come out from? How do they reload that gun?

The picture shows that the police man can jus pull apart the phone into half and slot in the bullets. they did not show the whole "phone", only the side view of it.

Buffet?

Buffet is most likely wad everybody wants to eat in. Experts calculated that at most of the obese people like to sit near the buffet table. People at tables near the buffet table will tend to eat more as it is much more convinient to take and go.

I love buffet. I would take a big plate of variety of food and chunk it in my mouth, den i will start on deserts. When i am full, i will still stuff fruits into my stomach to help digestion. i would most likely wait for my stomach to start digesting before studding in any other food. after 30 minutes or so, i will start on ice creams. A few days ago i ate buffet at a hotel call awama( i forgot what name). I ended my lunch at 4pm++. i finished with 3 cups of chawamushi(japanese steamed egg). Tasty!

birth rate dropping

Japan opened a campaign call "Sayonara Over-work". Nipon did not allow thier workers to work at night and ask them to go home and accompany their family. Weekends are thier family time and workers nid permission to work on weekends.

Singapore might want to start that one day. Less work, more money? Companies should not be forced but willing to do this, if not the workers will suffer. Actually, its good for both side. The boss nid not work when the workers or not working. Everybody will be resting, fair for everyone. Children will get to enjoy this as thier parents will accompany them more.

White tigers natural reaction

Tigers are carnivores by nature, and they will snarl at prey when they felt threaten. Thier first reaction when they saw preys, is to snarl at them. If the prey moves, they will get excited and chase the prey. So, never ever move when you saw a tiger. Keep calm and stay still. The tiger will walk away when it felt safe.

The white tigers in the zoo are actually jus defending themselves from threats. The cleaner agitated it by moving and making sound. It jus excites the tiger. So, he was ended up dead.

Tigers are jus like big cats. Household cats will scratch u when u agitate them. Its the same as tigers.

Chips made from fruits are sold at supermarkets. They have a 'healtier' word in the nurtrition information content. The importer used marker to cover up the word. Why did they do so? Thaksin and his wife divorced

Thaksin had been very closed to her wife and they are even closer when they had problems in Thailand. I read about this article that Thaksin and his 32 years wife, divorced. Thaksin and his wife said that they have decided to divorce as to make the people in Thailand comfortable. They had divorced last Friday in Bankok, Thai consulate.

The article i read is wrote by a spokesman, which had no details of it. Is divorce the only way they can do? They should think of another solution instead of divorcing as they were very close. Divorcing is not the only thing that can solve the problem...

Bury or Burn

Now China is facing another problem, the clearing of the tainted milks. Burning them in incinerater will cost up to a few thousand US dollars per tonne. Burying it is mus cheaper, 6 thousands per tonne.

Buring it will decompose the melamines. Burning it will lead to melamines in the air. I think buring it out be a better choice.

Tissues to chope seats

Tissues are commonly used to chope seat at crowded marketplace. Singaporean thinks that it is uniquely Singapore. Foreigners thinks that it is not quite socialble. a group of students started working on this project to tell people that putting tissues to chope seats are not socialble unlike putting a person there to help to chope the seats while others buy thier food.

Experts think that the person choping the seats might get irritated with the asking of empty seats by other people. Adults thinks that those students are just childish as adults must work against time and the crowd. 1 of them said that only when the students are old enough to work, they will know how difficult it is to be working against time and crowd.

School's for the girls

Obama and his wife are thinking of putting thier girls into private schools. Thier tuiton fees can reach up to a few thousand US dollar. Obama can teach them since he is much more capable, much more smarter than any teacher since he is the president of US. He does not need to spend so much on tuiton fees.

I think they want to put them into private schools because other people will bully their daughter and give them preasure.

A bigger, better library

There were 2 libraries renovating to expand it. One of the library is Yishun library while the other one is Choa Chu Kang library. The Yishun library had opened last friday, while the Choa Chu Kang library is still renovating.

The previous Yishun library is at Yishun St 22 and many people had been waiting for it to move to a better place. The new Yishun library is now located in Northpoint Shoppinng Mall, at the forth floor. It is big, can fill more people and books, and crowded. I look forward going to the Yishun library but it was too far from my house. Remember to visit the Choa Chu Kang library when it opens!

A women, was told by her company that the company will organise Dinner and Dance(D&D). Just a few days before, she went to ebay and search for a dress. A dress that cost $750 caught her eyes. She decided to order the dress and wear it during D&D.

The next day, she heard her collegues said that the D&D had been canceled. She had just wasted her $750 on a dress as the D&D had been canceled... She might be upset as she wasted $750 on a dress which she could not wear at D&D.

Pimed jailed in a new law for protecting minors

A teenager from China, was arranged to prositude herself. The Pimp, who arranged the teenage girl to prositude herself, was fined at first.

Soon, the high court decided to fine the Pimp $8000 and do not need to go to jail. Until some time, there is a new law for protecting minors. It was then the Pimp was fined $8000 and have to go to 12 months jail. What is the use of prositude? I feel that the teenage girl from china was stupid.

total 30years in jail

Mr Goh,59,a serial robber which was sent to jail at least 30 years. He started robbing at his early 20s. He was jailed for armed robbery and theft. Last year, his total loot was at least $40,000 dollars. This year, the judge sentenced him to 20 year in jail.He doesnt knows how to change. He just kept robbing. He dont care if he turn a new leaf or goes to jail again. He had been going in and out of jail for at least 5 times.

I think he should be jailed for lifetime as he does not want to turn a new leaf. He shall suffer for wad he had done to other people, like robbing and hurting. He and his accomplices pleaded for guilty everytime they ended up in jail. He and his accomplices went into a shop and one of them put thier Parang to quite down the shop keeper and stole a total of $15,000 dollars.

Cleaner being killed by white tigers

A cleaner, Mr Nordin Montong, age 32 from serawak was killed by some white tigers in singapore. He climbed over the barrier in Singapore Zoo and provoke the white tigers. Soon, some white tigers ran forward to him and bit him. He then covered his face.

Some people outside the barrier was watching. They thought that it was a performance. After a while, the people realised that that was not a performance but it was too late. Mr Nordin Montong had already died. He was quite young at his age. He should not die and live on. I guess he had problems that cannot be solved. It was so sad to die at a young age.

white tigers

White Tigers are no different from their black and orange cousins. They are created to be "nature killing". The man that got mauled actually challanged the biggest white tiger by using his broom to provoke it.AFter provoking it, he put the pail over his head. What is he trying to do? Before doing this, he told his colleages that they will not be able to see him anymore.

I think he wanted to sucide by provoking the tigers. Tourist there thought that it is a performance and took pictures of him trying to sucide. When the tourist spotted something wrong, they threw things at the tigers to lure the tigers away. But he died straight away.

Banned dogs

Some dogs are banned from singapore. they are known as fighting dogs. They where brought to places that helds dog fight competetion. Now even german shepherds need a mussle or a lesh, compulsary. Why AVA giv so many rules. And i dunno AVA controls the authority of dogs. AVA still controls what? Now dogs mush have a insurance of at least 100k and 2k depostion to bank incase thier bite or injure other ppl. Dangerous dogs should be banned as they are dangerous, i dont want to get hurt by them. 13 year old sucide bomber kill a few ppl. i dont know wad this girl is trying to do. why mus kill innocent ppl? you die they die, fun is it? stupid sucide bombers. i saw news today saying that at a sucide bomber rush into the crowded gate of a stadium after the match ended. he tapped his belt and sucided wif a bomb. Rubbish. What are they thinking? Were they even forced to do this? And the third world country develops bomb themselves? how do they get money to buy gunpowers? Shenzhen Riot after a road accident

A riot started just after a road accident on friday. A motocyclist crashed into a checkpoint when a local police offcial threw the walkie-talkie at him. The police official explained that the motocyclist drove too fast so he threw the walkie-talkie to him.

However, the walkie-talkie blocked the motocyclist's view and crash into the checkpoint. The motocyclist died after the riot. The people in Shenzhen attacked the police, burn the police cars, and all sorts or things.

The riot stopped at around 2am. Then, the motocyclist died.....

A chance for other race?

Other races might become a prime minister 1 day. i hope not. they might be bias towards thier race and i hate naughty malay and indian people. they are just childish and irritating. the best is to let chinese be the prime minister. If the malay or indians are capable of doing this job, i may not mind them being our prime ministers, only if their capable of doing excellent job.

The sixth China people being killed!

Sixth China people being killed.... I wonder why. Do that murderer hate China people so much? I think so! That person which is killed, lived in a rented room with three China people. His body was found with multiple stabs! He is about 20 years-old and was found dead in his room.

The police have currently arrested a suspect which is believed that the suspect is living in the same house as the victim. The area is at somewhere in Jurong. People in Jurong needs to be more careful, especially China people as the murderer could be somewhere around Jurong and maybe the murderer does not like China people and wanted to kill them. Maid abuse... =.=

Miss tita was abused by the family she was working for. The woman, (i forgot name), slapped her on face for not cleaning the sink properly. The next day, that woman kicked her back twice when miss tita was cleaning the sink again. Her mother, also abused her. Once, she ran out of house to lodge a complain.
The woman and her mother was jailed, 6weeks and 4 weeks.
I think that wad they did was stupid. Singapore got law.... They knew that abusing maids will be jailed, and why do they still do it? Idiotic. They are just harming themselves by going into jail for a small matter!

The Red Bull Air Race

Singapore could be the first country in asian to organise the F1 air race! Singapore is close to staging the Red Bull Air Race in 2010 that races by using planes in the air! The arial track is 1,200m by 800m! Its a long race! It could be held on the year, 2010. The F1 racing, in Perth, attracted more than 50,000 people!

The air race in Singapore will surely be very crowded and the race in the air...will be nice! I hope i can go to the Red Bull Air Race but it might be expensive... If you have a chance to go, you must cherish it!

Shall the writer be worried?

A mother of one, had an accident in the bathroom. She slipped and fall onto the floor and fainted! The writer received an article from her friend. Inside the article, she saw that a lady was working when she fainted. What actually happened? The lady had acute brain haemorrhage! The lady actually knocked onto a glass panel before and did not felt dizzy.

The lady was sent into the hospital and died a few days later while sleeping in the hospital. I wish that she died peacefully.....

Although George Bush's "Global war of terror" was catchy, it had no stratergies. George Bush thought that the terrorism can be controled but it cant. Actually terrorism cannot be controled but can only be diminished. George Bush killed many muslims. Because of that, George Bush was hated by muslims, made United States lose its goodwill and made muslims died.

George Bush was then failed being a president. Obama have taken over George Bush. Although Obama is a black american, he is still choosen to be the president. Now, in United States, Obama is the first black american president. I think George Bush does not fit to be a president as he always creates wars...

Lucky the chickens we eat are from malaysia. All because of that stupid China people, who started the melamine thingy, making everybody dont dare eat dairy products.

Toxic substances are also found in sausages and pizzas from japan. Their wells are contaminated with toxic.... someone might have sabotaged them. not long ago is the china milk product, then the hongkong eggs, now the sausages are also fatal. Disastrous..... dont eat anything is the best. Humans are mudering each other by putting toxic in diary product and letting others to eat it, they should be jailed and tortured for doing such a sin. Why must they kill each other... haizz

Melamines.

they are found in my julie butter crackers...... wow, i hope that my crackers are not frm malaysia. i eat it almost every breakfast. why would they put harmful substances into milks when they know it is harmful or fatal? they perposely want to kill people?
Now all the julie products from malaysia are banned from singapore. But it is good for me, good as in my parents are being feared by the malamines inside the crackers so i do not nid to eat them anymore. Lets hope that my parents dun buy that crackers anymore so i do not hav to suffer eating it.......=D i prefer bread, with kopi-o. Not julie crackers with 3-in-1 coffee.yucks!
