"cows" stolen.
Missing 200 cows, wooden cows actually. Its one third of the 600 placed on new year eve. This cut outs, in colours like red, blue, pink, yellow and green were put up at 50 spots island-wide. They are belong to the mooved media, the objective is to bring cheer and hope for singaporeans. Instead, 1 third of it was stolen. $100 dollars each to make. They weighed about 8 kg each. Signs beisde cut-outs that say cows under surveilliance have not stop theft.

Wow, cows were stolen due to this year is OX year.
Alot of people believe that those cows at the public places will bring luck when brought home.
Many fortune tellers also told thier believers to bring home cows especially for prople born in the year of MONKEY.
This will better thier fortunes this year.
Anyway, whether there is surveilliance camera or not, nobody care and continue to bring home the lucky charm "COW".
