H1N1 cases near 1,000
The Health Ministry said the H1N1 flu is here to stay, as the number of cases in Singapore crept close to 1,000 on Friday. 91 new cases were confirmed, bringing the total to 969 cases. Many countries no longer track or report the number of infected cases. The approach in managing this virus should be largely based on personal responsibility.

Ya the approach to tackle the H1N1 should be based on personal resposibility which means personal hygiene.
But look around the toilets of neighbour coffee shop, it is still as messy and stink as last time.
So how to talk about personal resposibility.
It will take a long time for people to change habit.
What do you think ?
