Japan opened a campaign call "Sayonara Over-work". Nipon did not allow thier workers to work at night and ask them to go home and accompany their family. Weekends are thier family time and workers nid permission to work on weekends.
Singapore might want to start that one day. Less work, more money? Companies should not be forced but willing to do this, if not the workers will suffer. Actually, its good for both side. The boss nid not work when the workers or not working. Everybody will be resting, fair for everyone. Children will get to enjoy this as thier parents will accompany them more.
