South korean cloned a pair of beagle dogs using stem cells derived from fat tissues. Experts said that if they continue to develope cloning technology, dog cloning would be getting easier. this method could reduce the cost of cloning a dog to $75,000 within 3 years.
They said that it could be used in studying treatments for genetic disorders in canine, simliar to human illness, like diabetes.

Hope they can clone human parts for replacement when some of our part degenerate due to aging.
