Club burned down

Bangkok's most popular club Santika was burn down on New year eve. hundreds of people were there to celebrate the countdown of 2009, including Singaporeans and other foreigners. 1 of the Singaporean died in the fire, while many others were missing or injured. Mr Low, 1 of the Singaporean were trapped in the basement, after the ceiling collapsed on his escape route. He retreated farther in the basement into the men's toilet. Many other people were trapped in it. They close the door to prevent the fumes from coming in. Many others knocked on the door, hoping that they would let them in the toilet but they shut the door to prevent fumes from coming in. When they were rescued, Mr Low remembered walking over more then 30 corpse.
