SGH housekeeper Mrs wong, recycled useless materials into valuables. She donated $16k to the needy patients from the money she made by recycling things. She can turn a useless washing powder packets into creative bags. Her colleages followed her doing and they took away the dustbin in the office, to promote the 3R. Recycling, reuse and reduce.
There would be an annual clean and green fair, and they would gather those recycled materials to sell.
