Some dogs are banned from singapore. they are known as fighting dogs. They where brought to places that helds dog fight competetion. Now even german shepherds need a mussle or a lesh, compulsary. Why AVA giv so many rules. And i dunno AVA controls the authority of dogs. AVA still controls what? Now dogs mush have a insurance of at least 100k and 2k depostion to bank incase thier bite or injure other ppl. Dangerous dogs should be banned as they are dangerous, i dont want to get hurt by them. This fearsome dogs should be taken care of at thier hometown. they should not be hurt by mankind. dogs have feelings too even they are fierce.
Ya the fierce dog should be properly controlled to prevent unintended injury to other animals or human being. Prior to this event, ther were fierce dogs that attacked other smaller dogs and also hurt the owner of other dogs when they tried to shield thier small dogs from being attack by the fierce and bigger dogs.That's why AVA has to act to mitigate the impact when owner of fierce dogs whom are normally very rich not to get away from responsible care of thier fierce dogs. When AVA acts against the owner, they will use certain laws to prosecute the owner.
